Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States & in-stock items: 5–12 business days
- Items shipped from overseas warehouses: 10–20 business days
- Other international destinations: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most products ship from regional warehouses for faster delivery; a small number ship internationally — the estimate shown for each item at checkout is the one that applies.
Shipping Costs
Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to become active.
Customs & Duties
Any import duties or taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We’ll always help you track down a delayed package — just reach out.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
