Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Products damaged through misuse, or with removed/damaged packaging or labels
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — you won’t pay return shipping in these cases.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back and share the tracking number with us.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns without prior approval can’t be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven’t shipped yet — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
